- The help structure is properly displayed on the left side, but an Internet Explorer error page shows up in the right side.
This problem is caused by Microsoft Security Update 896358 , which corrects a vulnerability in HTML help. If you experience this problem, right click the file in the file system, select "properties" and click the "Enable Access" (or "Unblock") button in th properties dialog. More information can be found in Microsoft's Knowledge Base number 902225.
